Terms of Service Privacy Policy

Art. 1Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SJTOPTOUR Inc. (the "Company"), which operates the SJTOPTOUR service (the "Service"), and users, in connection with the Company's flight booking agency, local tour booking agency, arrival card preparation agency, and country-specific electronic travel authorization (ETA) application agency services (collectively, the "Services").

The Company provides the following services:

The Company only acts as an agent for bookings and document submissions. Final decisions regarding ticket issuance, seat availability, and ETA approval rest solely with the relevant airlines and government authorities.

Art. 4Service Fees and Payment

Agency fees for each service are communicated to the User separately before the service is requested, and the Service proceeds only after the User agrees to the stated fee. Payments are processed through the Company's affiliated payment gateway (PG) provider, and the Company does not directly store Users' card information.

Art. 5Cancellation and Refunds

Art. 6Obligations of the Company

The Company will faithfully perform the services requested by the User in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms, and will manage Users' personal information securely in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Art. 7Obligations of the User

The User must provide accurate information, including passport details and contact information, when requesting bookings or document services. The Company is not liable for any disadvantage arising from incorrect information (denial of ticketing, denial of entry, ETA rejection, etc.).

Art. 9Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the Company and a User in connection with these Terms, both parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and customary practice.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect as of August 6, 2026.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and will take necessary measures, including obtaining prior consent, if the purpose changes.

Under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, a passport number is classified as unique identifying information and is collected only with separate consent when a User applies for a document agency service.

6.Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Users may, at any time, request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information by contacting the Company in writing, by phone, or by email. The Company will respond without undue delay.

7.Destruction of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
